The breakfast was generous and very very good with healthy options, and all the food was fab. The folks working here were competent. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to the centre of town and the promenade, a conservatory where the view of the castle can be admired and the restaurant...

We had a beautiful room with a balcony and gorgeous views, but the noise from neighbouring rooms was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast was a proper feast, though!

Air conditioned room and reasonably large all around. Generous and very good breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Amazing location on an outlet, and 15 minute walk from Mangalem Quarter.

We had a great time enjoying a cozy evening by the fireplace and sipping fresh coffee on the terrace. There's a peaceful garden with lovely seating areas to unwind or catch some sun. Just a heads up, the stairs to the upper rooms were a bit steep, but it didn't take away from our stay. 🌿

Great selection for a brief visit in Berat with fantastic value for money. The blanket on the bed was comfortable. Consider making restaurant reservations as it can get busy.

Cozy charm in a great spot!
Loved the cute little balcony in our room, perfect for morning coffee! The staff were super chill and always ready to help out. The bar lounge was a great spot to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the stairs to the upper rooms can be a bit steep, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags!

The unique heritage architecture is a standout feature, with spacious rooms boasting beautiful wooden ceilings and private balconies that offer a charming retreat. The rooftop restaurant provides fantastic views while serving up an really good breakfast with local flavors that really makes the morning shine.
Noise from neighboring rooms is noticeable, thanks to the thin walls and wooden floors, detracting from the overall tranquility. Wi-Fi connectivity issues cropped up , and while the menu at dinner was decent, it could definitely benefit from more variety. There were only a few English TV channels available, which left me a bit lacking for entertainment after a long day.
